Certifications and copies of grade certificates
If you are a student and/or a graduate at the Universidad Pedagógica Nacional and wish to get an academic certification or a copy of the undergraduate or postgraduate certificate, you should make an application to the Admission and Registration Subdivision.

Money Refund
Reimbursement of money following reasons established by the University.

Kindergarden Enrollment 
If you are a natural person and wants to get a kindergarden position, you should make an application for enrollment to the Instituto Pedagógico Nacional.

Maternal School Enrollment
If you are a natural person and wants to get a position, you should make an application to the Escuela Maternal.

Applicants registration for undergraduate and postgraduate programs
User may observe requirements, processes, points of service and additional information at the Admission and Registration Subdivision.

Applicants registration for undergraduate and postgraduate programs for a new enrollment
If you are a natural person, enrolled to an undergraduate or postgraduate program offered by the University but dropped out before completing the corresponding studies and wish to be enrolled again, then you should apply to the Admission and Registration Subdivision.

Undergraduate Students Transfer
Changing from an academic program to another related program in the same institution or from another higher education body, both nationally and internationally, then you should apply to the Admission and Registration Subdivision.

Application and enrollment to free extension courses, updating seminars, postgraduate diplomas, teacher training programs, and academic and pedagogical advisory services
If you are a natural person and wants to enroll to an outreach and development program of non-formal education type, such as advisories, consultancies, free courses, postgraduate diplomas, seminars, teacher training programs, among others, you should apply to the Universidad Pedagógica Nacional.

External Transfer Admission
If you are a student from another university or higher education institution and wishes to continue your studies at the Universidad Pedagógica Nacional, you may apply for admission to an academic program related to the origin curriculum upon external transfer request to the Admission and Registration Subdivision.

Language Courses Enrollment
If you are a natural person and wish to enter the language course offered by the National Pedagogical University, you should apply to the Centro de Lenguas.

Secure Online Payment
If you are a student, a teacher, an administrative officer or a person who wishes to make an electronic payment to the University, you can do by using Secure Online Payment.
 

Services

Issuance of notifications and certificates of the Instituto Pedagógico Nacional
Issuing a notification and/or a certificate of the program carried out by a student or a former student at the Instituto Pedagógico Nacional.

Bibliographical material loan at the open access area
Allowing consultation of bibliographic information at rooms of the Central Library at the Universidad Pedagógica Nacional.

Interlibrary Loan for External Users
Providing bibliographical material to external users (researchers, students from other institutions, teachers, and other public or private libraries affiliates, etc.) through the network of the Central Library.
