Implement a due recruitment process taking into account the senior management policies within time and quality established, and generating recommendations aimed at the continuous improvement of the contract management process following the policies and regulations by the University.
The Recruitment Group will be recognized as a body that responds with proposals and innovations to the development and transformation of the contractual management process, taking into account the principles, goals and values embodied in the Constitution, Law and the contractual status of the University.
- Perform the procedures for the contractual management process, including procurement of goods, supplies, services, execution of works and other required by the UPN for fulfillment of our mission.
- Optimize the recruitment process in order to achieve a clear and safe administrative management.
- Carry out the contractual management processes guaranteeing the accountability by the University as a transparent public institution.

Following the provisions by Article 16 of Resolution No. 230 of 2013. “By means of which the Recruitment Statute adopted by the Agreement 025 of 2011 and issued by the Higher University Council may be regulated and other provisions related to the contractual management of the University”, the UPN lets to publish the contracts concluded whose amount is higher than 50 times the statutory monthly minimum wage.
